💳 Refund Policy — VORA

We want you to love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.

1. Return Period

You can request a return within 30 days after receiving your order.
Items must be:

  • unused and in original condition,

  • with tags and original packaging,

  • accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

2. How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@vorashop.es including your:

  • order number,

  • full name, and

  • reason for return.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions and a return shipping label.
Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to a defective or incorrect item, VORA covers all return shipping costs.

  • If the return is for personal reasons (change of mind, size, etc.), shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

4. Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you about approval.
If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.

5. Exchanges

For faster processing, return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
If stock allows, we can process direct exchanges on request.

6. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products.

  • Hygiene or personal-care items once opened.

  • Perishable goods or gift cards.

7. EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel and return your order within 14 days for any reason.
The item must be in original condition, unused, and with its original packaging.

8. Damaged or Defective Products

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is defective or damaged, contact us immediately so we can make it right — replacement or full refund, at no cost to you.
