1. Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation.
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to follow your parcel’s journey.
2. Shipping Origin
VORA works with trusted international suppliers, primarily based in China.
Products are shipped directly from our partner warehouses to guarantee quality and competitive pricing.
Some items may be shipped from local warehouses within the EU when available.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and logistics provider.
Below are the average delivery estimates:

4. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout, based on weight, size, and destination.
Promotional free-shipping offers will always be clearly displayed on our website and official communication channels.
5. Order Tracking
Every shipment includes a tracking number so you can monitor its progress in real time.
Tracking may take a few days to update after dispatch, depending on the carrier’s system.
6. Multiple Packages
If your order contains more than one item, they may arrive separately depending on availability in our warehouses.
You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment when applicable.
7. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please refuse delivery and contact us immediately at contact@vorashop.es.
In the event of confirmed loss by the carrier, we will issue either a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.
8. Customs and Import Taxes
Since products are shipped internationally, some countries may apply customs duties or import taxes.
These charges (if applicable) are the customer’s responsibility and are collected upon delivery by the local postal service or courier.
